Luxe of Metro Manila
I need a website for my luxury real estate business in Century City, Makati. It has to look high-end and nothing like the typical property sites you see in Manila. I want potential buyers to be able to browse my listings, request private viewings, and get in touch with me directly. Most of my clients are OFWs and foreign investors so it needs to feel international and trustworthy. I also want a way to manage everything myself, updating listings, responding to enquiries, without needing to call a developer every time. It has to work beautifully on mobile because that's how my clients will see it first.
New Site · Elevated
We paired an Elevated intensity level with a full New Site scope, building a calm, image-led experience that lets the property lead and the interface disappear. The build moved through Discovery, Design, Build and into Managed Care without a single rushed phase.
The Gallery

To position this luxury real estate business as the premier authority in Century City, I developed a 'Midnight Luxury' editorial experience that functions as a high-end digital gallery rather than a traditional, cluttered property site. By prioritizing a dark, brutalist aesthetic with high-contrast typography and cinematic, motion-driven property storytelling, I created a platform that delivers an immediate sense of stature and international trustworthiness for OFW and foreign investor clientele. Crucially, the site is built on a high-performance, mobile-first architecture that provides a seamless, app-like experience for on-the-go investors, while simultaneously empowering Jay Castro with a custom-engineered staff dashboard. This backend hub allows staff to effortlessly update listing prices, modify property descriptions, swap gallery assets, and manage enquiries in real-time, ensuring the digital presence remains as dynamic and responsive as the luxury market served.
"Truly impressed by the studio and their contribution towards my business, I hope to keep growing as a business and keep my site optimal."
